I already have a domain name of my own.
What do I need to do to get my site setup?
The franchise agreement requires that they retain control of each domain names with the trademarked name in them. To set up a Net Step web site, you will need to transfer control of your domain name to the master franchise. This may not sound like a good idea, but the franchise agreement allows the master franchise to take control of your "Ch**Dry" domain name at any time if they so choose. Therefore transferring it to them is inconsequential. You can only use the domain name while you own a franchise so it doesn't really matter who has the domain name.

The process is fairly simple:
Your domain name is "tagged" or associated with your current web site host. You may request that they "retag" your domain name to my IPS tag, MITTELSTAEDT.
Once your domain is retagged, and your new site is ready, I will redirect the domain name to your new site.

Payment Agreement In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows:

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Provider will develop a web site for client including all custom information provided in this form as specified above.

2. The Provider will post the site for review within a period of 5 business days of receiving payment in US Dollars.  Once the site is reviewed by the Master Franchise, it will be posted in its hosting space and await domain name resolution.

3. Provider will host the site for an annual fee of $180. Hosting services are provided by a third party hosting company. Provider is committed to supplying reliable high-performance hosting for all of their clients. If hosting services drop below an acceptable level, Provider may move this site to a different server or different third party hosting provider in an effort to improve site reliability and/or performance.

4. Annual Hosting Renewal fees will be due on your anniversary date. Normally, you will receive an invoice approximately 30 days prior to this date.

5. Your annual hosting term begins on the date your domain name begins to resolve to your new web site.

TERMS
The Client will provide all necessary information in order for the agreed upon services to be executed by the Provider.

6. After the development period of 5 days, an evaluation of services rendered by the Provider shall occur between Provider and Client. At this time the Client may request any additional changes to the website content. Provider will perform content adjustments requested by client for a period of 90 days at no charge.

7. All documents and materials provided by the Client shall be held in the strictest confidence, to be returned or disposed of as the Client sees fit.

COST
8. Upon submitting this form, the Client agrees to forward to the Provider the amount of $1,175.00 US DOLLARS as follows:

(a) Site design & development $995.00 US DOLLARS to the Provider;
(b) Annual web site hosting fee $180 US DOLLARS to the Provider.
(c) Domain name registration is not included.
